Introduction To Kitesurfing Course
Our Introduction kitesurfing courses are a superb way to try kitesurfing out on your own or with family and friends. It covers the basics of everything you need to know to be safe with kitesurfing. Treat it as a taster session or as part of a further course.
At the end of the day one kitesurf course you will have the skills and safety knowledge you need to asses if your environment is safe, become competent and safe at piloting a kite. Learn the basic flying skills with a kitesurf trainer kite on the beach before heading into the water. Here you will progress onto body dragging. This is a technique which involves using the power of the kite to pull your body through the water. The majority of Kiteboarding is kite control !!!
- No Prior Experience.
- Suitable For Ages 12 up.
- Bring Sturdy Footwear (trainers), Sun lotion, Glasses, Snacks/Lunch, Windproof Jacket.
- We Will Provide Other Equipment (Kites, Harnesses, Life Jackets, Helmets, Wetsuits).
- Duration 4h.
At the end of the all our kite course you will be given an assessment on your ability and what we think you need to do next. Whether that’s getting your own kitesurfing equipment or having a few more hours kitesurfing tuition. We will also advise you on the suitability of any equipment you already have. Throughout the season we will also be around giving you little extra tips if we see you on the water.

Safety Systems (what if it all goes wrong and how to avoid it).
Power Zones (where the winds power is).
Land Based Trainer Kite Exercises.
LEI Kite Set up (That a Leading Edge Inflatable kite for kitesurfing with).
Deep Water Self Rescue Techniques (One day you will need this!).
Launching & Landing Inflatable Kites (LEI).
Water Re-launching LEI’s.
Body Dragging ( Using he power of the kite to pull you through the water.Book Now
